The Philanthropy Roundtable’s new vice president for public policy, Sean Parnell, will lead a discussion via conference call on Wednesday, November 9, analyzing the results of the 2016 General Election and the impact they will have on the charitable sector. Parnell has more than 20 years of experience advocating for causes and candidates, most recently as an independent public policy consultant. He previously was president of the Center for Competitive Politics and also served as vice president for external affairs at The Heartland Institute.
Joining Parnell will be Sandra Swirski, executive director of ACR, and Anne Urban, partner at Urban Swirski & Associates, who will offer analysis of the new political and policy landscape in Washington.
